آدم کشی در Stade : تظاهرات در یادبود از امان- ما شفاف سازی می خواهیم.
امان علیزاده مهاجر اواخر سال 2015 با داشتن تنها 15 سال از افغانستان به
آلمان آمد. وی به عنوان عضو اقلیت قومی هزاره ، برای فرار از آزار و شکنجه
بیشتر در افغانستان به دنبال حفاظت و امنیت در آلمان بود. اما به جای حمایت
مورد نظر، مرگ توسط گلوله های اسلحه یک پلیس را به دست آورد. در جریان شلیک
های مرگبار 17 اگوست 2019 در یکی از مراکز اِسکان پناهندگان در منطقه
بوتزفلت، یکی از گلوله ها به امان اصابت کرد.
امان که دچار آسیب دیدگی شدید روحی بود، در وضعیت حاد و بحرانی قرار داشت.
هم اطاقی امان که نگران حالت دوستش بود تصمیم می‌گیرد که برای درخواست کمک
به پلیس زنگ بزند.
برخورد با افراد در شرایط بحرانی حاد بخشی از مسئولیت های روزمره پلیس است.
به همین دلیل ما نمی‌توانیم درک کنیم و بفهمیم که چرا افسران ستاد مرکزی
پلیس امان را کشته اند.
ما با تظاهرات اندوه، ترس و خشم خود را ابراز می‌کنیم و سئوالات خود را که
تا کنون بی جواب مانده اند تکرار می کنیم.
پلیس می‌گوید که آن‌ها در دفاع از خود عمل کرده اند. با این حال آن‌ها این
واقعیت را پنهان می‌کنند که در تاریخ 16 اگوست امان را به دلیل شرایط روحی
بحرانی بازدید کرده بودند و حداقل از آن روز از بیماری روحی امان آگاهی داشتند.
اما به جای تمرکز بر روی اوضاع و فراهم کردن کمک‌های فوری و ضرروی به امان،
آن‌ها اسلحه را برداشته و به او شلیک کردند. ما درک نمی‌کنیم که چرا شش
پلیس نتوانسته اند که شرایط را بدون استفاده از سلاح کنترول کنند.
همچنان تحقیقات در مورد پرونده سئوالاتی را ایجاد می کند: با‌گذشت پنج هفته
از مرگ ناشی از شلیک گلوله تا کنون فقط هم اطاقی امان علیزاده در مورد
جریان واقعه مورد سئوال قرار گرفته است.این بازجویی سریعاً بعد از کشته شدن
امان صورت گرفته است. اگر چه در جریان بازجویی یک مترجم حضور داشته است،
اما به دلیل عدم تسلط به زبان توانسته اند به صورت محدود اظهارات هم اطاقی
امان را بفهمند.
ما به تاریخ 12 اکتوبر با برگزاری تظاهرات، اندوه، ترس و عصبانیت خود را در
یادبود امان ابراز می کنیم. ما هرگز کشته شدن امان توسط پلیس آلمان را
فراموش نمی کنیم. کشته شدن چنین فرد جوانی برای بازماندگان جای خالی، غم و
اندوه و سئوالات زیادی را به جای می گذارد.
ما خواستار پاسخ و توضیح برای این مرگ غم انگیز هستیم و می‌خواهیم که در
کنار هم فضایی را برای یادبود امان ایجاد کنیم.
به ما بپیوندید و به طور گسترده در این تظاهرات سهم بگیرید و اجازه ندهید
که این رویداد و حادثه به فراموشی سپرده شود.

Demonstration in remembrance of Aman – we demand complete clarification!
At the end of 2015, 15-year-old Aman Alizada fled from Afghanistan to
Germany on his own. As a member of the Hazara ehtnic minority he sought
safety and protection against further violence and persecution.
But instead of the wished-for protection the 19-year-old met his death –
through the shots that were fired from a German policeman’s duty weapon.
The deadly gunshots against Aman were fired in the evening of the 17th
of August in a refugee hostel in the district Bützfleth.
Aman who suffered from a mental illness, was in an acute state of
crisis. The roommate, worrying about his friend Aman, decided to call
the police for help. Dealing with people in an acute state of crisis is
part of everyday life for police officers. That is why we don’t
understand why the officers from the police district Stade killed Aman.
Through the demonstration we want to express our grief, fear and anger
and we repeat the questions that are still left unanswered.
The police is talking about having acted in self-defence. However, they
are failing to mention that they had already called upon Aman on the
16th of August because of an acute crisis. Thus, ever since then at the
latest they knew about Aman’s mental illness. However, instead of
preparing for the situation, acting in a de-escalating manner and giving
him the necessary help, they reached for their weapon and shot him. We
fail to understand why six police officers didn’t manage to handle the
situation without the use of their guns.
Furthermore, the investigation of the case raises questions: Five weeks
after the deadly shots only one of Aman Alizada’s roommates has been
questioned. The questioning took place immediately after the killing of
Aman. A translator had been present, but as he didn’t speak the required
language he couldn’t really communicate with the roommate.
On the 12th of October we demonstrate to express our grief, fear and
anger and to remember Amad.
We will not forget the killing of Aman by the hands of the German police.
The death of this young person leaves all of his family and friends with
feelings of void, grief and incomprehension. It also leaves many
unanswered questions. We demand a complete clarification of this tragic
death and together we want to make room for the commemoration of Aman.
Join us, come in large numbers and don’t let these events be forgotten.
