Äußerung kann als anlassbezogene Kritik von Meinungs­äußerungs­freiheit gedeckt sein Bezeichnet ein Mann im Rahmen einer langandauernden Identitäts­fest­stellung eine Polizeibeamtin als “crazy”, so liegt darin eine zulässige anlassbezogene Kritik. Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn der Mann zuvor zu Unrecht der Lüge bezichtigt wurde. In einem solchen Fall ist die Äußerung vom Recht zur freien Meinungsäußerung (Art. 5 Abs. 1 GG) gedeckt.
